Nicolas Vocos is the CEO. Prior to this Nicolas was a partner at H/2 Capital Partners, first in NY and later in London, where he led the real estate debt investments and built the franchise across the UK and Europe. Previously, he was with Cheyne Capital, helping to establish and develop the real estate lending business. Nicolas has also worked in investment positions at Top Tier banks, including Deutsche Bank’s asset-backed and secured lending team. Nicolas holds a MSc in Finance from London Business School.

Richard Lang is the COO/CFO of LND. Prior to this Richard was a partner at Cheyne Capital for more than 16 years, where he both helped found and grow their real estate business platform. Before that, Richard worked in management at several Top Tier banks, including Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and RBS. Richard has served as a director on multiple boards. Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales

Aisling McCarthy is the Managing Director overseeing lending at LND. Prior to this Aisling was a managing director at ICG for a pan-European debt fund. Aisling has over 25 years of European real estate origination and investment management experience, having also held various positions in the real estate lending teams at UBS, Credit Suisse, Bank of Scotland and Situs Asset Management. Aisling holds an MBS in Financial Services from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Priti brings over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to LND, she was a Director at Hobart Partners for over 6 years, leading the sourcing, structuring and execution of real estate debt investments in the UK. Before that, Priti was a Principal at DRC Capital (now DRC Savills Investment Management, $4B AUM), responsible for origination and lending across UK and Europe. She started her career at HBOs and Lehman Brothers, in their real estate finance teams.
