Nicolas Vocos is the CEO of LND. Prior to this Nicolas was a partner at H/2 Capital Partners, first in NY and later in London, where he led the real estate debt investments and built the franchise across the UK and Europe. Previously, he was with Cheyne Capital, helping to establish and develop the real estate lending business across a number of strategies. Before that, Nicolas worked in investment positions at Top Tier banks, including Deutsche Bank’s asset-backed and secured lending team, and also worked in Latin America at some top financial institutions. Nicolas holds a MSc in Finance from London Business School.

Richard Lang is the COO/CFO of LND. Prior to this Richard was a partner at Cheyne Capital for more than 16 years, where he both helped found and grow their real estate business platform. Before that, Richard worked in management at several Top Tier banks, including Barclays Capital, Deutsche Bank and RBS. Richard has served as a director on multiple boards. Richard is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales
